Geez, let it go, guys. It's a freaking show for children, who cares? You don't even watch the show, why do you care? I'll tell you why. Because you're just looking for attention and a reason to whine and complain and cry racist wherever you can. That's complete crap and you know it. The show bodaciously doesn't affect you personally at all. You're only offended because you CHOOSE to be offended. I suppose I'm a heretic in some ways, and I'm going to reply with "I don't freaking care, I'm gonna watch my TV show and enjoy it." How about I overanalyze all of your TV shows and tell you all the crap that's wrong with those shows? If you want, I can REALLY open this can of worms and bring my religion into what's wrong with those shows. I can even quote Scripture if you want. But you know what? I don't care about the things that would bother me about other people's shows because THEY DON'T AFFECT ME AT ALL. I don't watch the show, I don't care. If there's a show I don't like that's on, why, what's this? A magical device called a remote control seems to have found its way into my hand! Golly!

Other times a cigar is the only cigar in the vicinity and has a pair of hairy balls attached to it.
I have to agree with Oracle here, there's exactly one Zebra in the show and she talks with a stereotypical "black person" accent. Also the boners thought she was a voodoo priest or something.

You can't be serious, Marcato. Seriously? People are complaining, hence they want attention? Cut that shit out. Right now.

Sorry, just putting in my two cents.

OK, maybe there's a racial undertone. Fine. But I think we're forgetting the point that in both those episodes, the main characters become friends with the raced person in question. So in reality, doesn't that promote racial equality in the end?

I like posts like that better, yeah.
I don't really have an opinion on the matter because I don't watch nor care for the show, but I was still surprised to see that other races represented people with different skin colours, etc. I dunno, I think both arguments have valid points.

Lots of awesome stuff can be "ruined forever" if you analyze it.
Let's take Ducktales. Awesome show, pretty sure no one really disputed that (if you do, fine. I don't particularly care.)
Where things get problematic:

All of the duck characters are things like millionaires, globetrotting master thieves, ace pilots, or brilliant scientists.
All of them have white feathers. Would be seen as quite the statistical anomaly in real life.

Now the other species seen on the show, the dogs. All the dogs have brown/tan coats. Okay, let's see what they do...
Blue collar workers (uh), domestic servants (ooh...), petty criminals/jailbirds (YIKES.)

So, yeah. Everything has some unfortunate elements if you dig into it.
Does that mean nobody is allowed to enjoy it?
OF COURSE IT FUCKING DOESN'T

I don't think that was implied at any point.

Racial stereotypes are never okay, not even in my own favorite cartoons.

Wakfu has used "Iop-Brain" one too many times and I will not stand for it.

Time to break out the Tumblr Social Justice squad!

Mostly because of Bolin.
BOLIN?
Please explain.

Are you kidding?

Just look at this cutie.

Dem arms.

Also, if the bit where he points at Korra and stage-whispers "It's the Avatar." is any indication, he seems like he'll be a Sokka-esque character. And Sokka was like the best part of the show, aside from Toph.
