Hisan, it's more likely that that is actually what you're dreaming. Unless you can still sense the outside world, hear people talking, feel the car moving, bright light shining through your eyelids,... Then you should see a doctor about it, as that's full-on paralysis and could be dangerous. But try doing the following next time, if it is a dream, this should work:

The first thing you have to do (I think) is calm down. If you can't do that, you're not going to be able to do the rest of this.. Calm down, take a deep breath. It's just a dream. It's all in your head. This is just a minor inconvenience, you'll wake up eventually. Then, when you're completely calm, realise that since this your dream, "reality" is influenced by your emotions and thoughts. Experiment with imaging things and try to take control of your dream.

Another thing to do is not take that posture when sleeping. From what you said, you bent all the way over to place your head on your hands, which were on your knees. Small wonder you felt pain.
