I see a bird!" *Starts to calm down and watch TV* "WITH A SILLOUETTE OF A SLENDERMAN!" *Craps jeans*

I did notice that the stuff in this thread managed to slip in some corner of my (un)conscious though. I used to be able to walk through the halls of my dorm, which is a pretty scary building as it was an old monastery at night with all the lights out, but now I need to turn them on. And I'm feeling more paranoid then usual. The stress from finals might factor in as well though.

Anybody just YELL when they get scared?

Like at first just to comfort yourself then you actually get scared?

I tend to punch as a reflex.Which almost cost a friend his eye once. Protip: don't scare anyone working with a cutting knife.

When startled I hit. If I have anything in my hand I use it, if I don't I just lash out with the closest limb.

You don't want the leg of someone over six feet tall slamming you in the gut/groin.

When I'm startled, I just let out a loud "tabarnak".

my eyes grow wide...thats it.
Oh and I always sit still and never move.
I will die if zombies come.
