I wish it wasn't. I think it would be more interesting if Victor was like bipolar and would switch expressions every other line of dialog. But intead of that, we get a Securitron who's jsut a cowboy.

I also wish they would've put it in the game. Maybe I would've like Victor more if he were less corny and more creepy.

Yeah, that would of made Victor cooler VwV; But he gives me the creeps just by....being there! I'm not sure how I'd react if he was pulling that face every other minute.
