I guess it's just because Regular Show and Adventure time are aired technically during the day, (even though new episodes are always aired after dark), but it must be some missed clue that they thought it was geared toward 7 and 8 year olds or something when it's more for 12 on up.

Does anyone watch The Simpsons on Channel 4? Because they BUTCHER that show.

I wish our censorship of anime was so hilariously bad as what 4kids did. But instead it was just bad.
I don't think any cartoons are censored here, only the Japanese stuff. Must be racism or something.

They take out a lot of swears, sex jokes, violence, etc. But what bothers me is how half-assed it is half the time. I'm sure I remember them cutting 8 minutes out of a show once.

Yep. That's just sad. Not the hilarious Super Soaker rifles of the Marine... I mean Navy in One Piece. Or the "What are they going to call onigiri this time" from Pokemon.

Most of that is here too, like the "water guns" that shot bullets in the 4kids dub of one piece and I SURE DO LOVE DONUTS. JELLY FILLED IS THE BEST of Pokemans.
