In unrelated news a Frenchman was kind enough to provide the script for the first episode of Season 2 of Wakfu

It was pretty good. Animation's even more impressive than it was last season.

Depending on the season, it's 2 or more girls. They have cell phones with... things living in them, they can transform and they have some kind of laz0r beam finishing attack which they use against the evil guys. Totally narrowing it down even more, I know.
Oh, the evil guys were some sort of evil spirits or something that possess every day items (for Tokyo that is) like a roller coaster or a vacuum cleaner and stuff.
