Just watched the new Sym-Bionic Titan episode. I missed the first half though, so I only saw the second half, but it was so good oh man I loved it. I really hope this series gets a DVD release because there are some episodes I've missed, and since I barely watch TV I keep missing any re-runs that may be airing. ):

Tonight was the season finale.

And in the first half, Octus fought Solomon.

Also "Men don't get lost. They go exploring." Rex, truer words have never been spoken.

So I re-watched Fantasia 2000. It was awesome as I remember it, and Rhapsody in Blue is still the most awesome music video thing ever.

I have yet to re-watch the original Fantasia because that ending sequence always makes me unable to play Left 4 Dead for 3 months, also it doesn't have Gershwin. Look at me, scared of a cartoon. But Night on Bald Mountain is fuckin' scary, man.

Night on Bald Mountain is my favorite part next to "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" cartoon.

Night on Bald Mountain was awesome. I would always fast forward to the end after watching The Sorcerer's Apprentice because I didn't like the rest of the stuff in between them as much. My school band played Bald Mountain last year.

Moving along, I watched the first season of Moral Orel last weekend. Clay is infinitely more sympathetic than I remember him, at least in season one.

I think the reason I prefer Fantasia 2000 over the first one is because it's not as totally bizarre. I mean, I love weird crap, but there's a limit. There's also quite a bit of hate for the Pomp and Circumstance number in 2000 but I think it's fucking hilarious when it's not trying to be sad.

double postan who cares

Just when you thought Cartoon Network was doing (mostly) everything right, this happens.

CARTOON NETWORK, STOP BEING THE WHORE OF NETWORKS AND PICKING EVERYTHING UP. HAVEN'T YOU LEARNED ANYTHING OVER THE LAST DECADE. STRANGENESS DOES NOT A GOOD CARTOON MAKE.

Some argue that this is supposed to be the Sweet Bro and Hella Jeff of flash toons, but it doesn't have that same air of intentional horribleness. Yes, the character designs are nauseating and the animation is pretty standard stuff for a flash cartoon [read: bad] but the voice acting is halfway decent. In order for it to be like the SBAHJ of flash 'toons, the voice acting would have to be much, much worse.

I can't believe people are actually defending this garbage.

I LIKE UGLY AMERICANS

It's got pretty much everything I like, and it manages to balance clever jokes with vulgarity, and fantasy with the mundane.

The animation is also daisies good for being made in flash, which is pretty rare. SEE IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO MAKE A DECENT LOOKING CARTOON USING COMPUTERS IT'S NOT THAT I HATE COMPUTERS I JUST HATE IT WHEN ANIMATORS THINK IT'S A GOOD EXCUSE FOR EFFORT

Season finale of Rex? I had only heard it was finale for Ben 10. Usually they make a big deal of finales.
I'm just glad that for once I have no obligations, because I sure won't be able to see it tomorrow morning this time.

According to G. Rex's Facebook page, Van Kliess is breaking into Providence

Don't know if that was spoiler worthy or not.

Not fifteen minutes after I mentioned how glad I was not to have any obligations last night, I had to go somewhere for three hours.
And this morning I had to leave early to go to the next town over to take the ACT.
