In every rpg I've played, I always do this and I always make sure I have a small party for some reason. But sometimes when I heal the main party member I feel guilty for some reason and heal everyone else.

I don't really have a conservative problem in rpgs...mostly i'll just stock up on stuff i can sell. but i'm that kind of person that has to have full health or else i think i'm gonna die, so i end up using a lot of potions and then when i desperatly need them, they're all gone and i'm just like "crap"

Also, i can see why this guy is Roy's father >.>

I use my resources as I see fit, gather cheddar in a way that doesn't drain those resources, and in the end I stay around my own certain "balance" that I'm pop flyin' with, so I know that I'd run out at the moment that I really don't need them anymore from that point on anymore.

The first edit was pretty fucking funny. The comic itself was pretty good, too. It should teach a lesson to conservatives here, heh.

It does actually make life easier if you throw caution to the wind.
I'm currently re-playing Fire Emblem on the Wii after beating it way back when.

Funny and relateble as ever. I'm going to go play now...

One of the reasons I love KOTOR. You can just cast HEAL on yourself and party members and just wait for your Force to regenerate!

I have this habit too, although I do get everyone to have carry their own vulnerary. (And of course, I try to stock up enough in the convoy). Weapons, however, I'm a bit more conservative. Even if the character can wield something A rated, I keep having them getting stuck with E rated weapons. =[

I do the exact same thing. It takes me a long time to move off iron weapons.

Because Katie is drawing him.

That's a really big treasure chest for such a small reward.

Not only a totally true and funny comic, but a hilarious first edit to boot.

I'm a conserver.
And a pack rat.
With everything.
Real life or video games.
I blame genetics.

I do this in most RPGs. Also, in Pokemon.

I never really use things that boost your stats - like Protein or Carbos. Why? I just don't know.

Same here. Those that're keeping up with my Pokemon Platinum LetsPlay will notice that I pretty much REFUSE to use Berries unless its vital!
And this is Platinum; you can buy berries in a shop for 10% the price of a Pokeball!

Actually, only noticed that now: why do berries that heal 1/8 of a Pokemon's health cost $160 for a full healing, yet a Max Potion does that for $7,000?
I mean, sure the berries aren't good for battle, but outside of it they are such a game breaker!

Well, see, that's cause you're a dingbat! Those are not items you need to save up whatsoever! The time you need them most is right when you get them, regardless of anything!
Unless you plan on switching team later.

I can never decide which Pokemon to use them on.

I worry that if I use them on one Pokemon I'll regret it later because it would've been better to save them for a Pokemon I can only get later on in the game.

I generally end up not using them at all - kinda like those things in Katie's comic.

Also, 'Eliwood' is just Roy after a haircut.
