The Dark Knight??

I've never really been much of a Batman fan. Basiclly it just seemed to me Bruce Banner just had to much cheddar, and not enough game systems. UNTIL i saw Batman Begins, BEST BATMAN MOVIE EVER!
The Dark Knight continues right after Begins and has the Joker in it, I saw the extended trailer for Dark Knight when i went to see I Am Legend in imax, CANT WAIT!! Heath Ledger looks to be a good Joker

(also, open for expressing excitement for things you cant wait for)

Writers strike.

Not even the epicness of Dark Knight will break me.

Really, the writers' strike isn't going to affect movies until about three years from now. By that time, feel free to not watch as many movies as you want.

According to John Stewart, the writers are trying to leech off "shipping and handling" charges. Hahaha.

But yeah, I liked Batman Begins, so I'll most likely have to see the Dark Knight. I'm not wetting my pants in anticipation, but I'm probably see it at some point.

Jon Stewart does political commentary on the Writers' Strike? Man, xkcd lied to me.

Yeah, last I knew, him and Colbert were back on without writers. I don't know if they do it all themselves or what, but they've got new ones back on. I think Leno and Conan have been for like a week.

Late Night with Conan is hilarious without writers.

Colbert writes his own stuff, or so I've heard.

I thought they weren't on air, since I saw a re-run of the Daily show from September, sometime in November or December.

Eh, my Dad was watching a Colbert Report from a couple days ago when I got home. Daily Show, I'm not so sure about.

Colbert and Stewart always take the holidays off. I don't know if they always take this much time off, but it was kinda cute to see Comedy Central try to cover for them by playing up the reruns as "best of".

This topic has been de-railed by the writer's block.

Off topic: I miss having my own tv because I haven't gotten to watch Steven Colbert or Jon Stewart since last year. D:

On topic: According to my family, my first word was 'Batman' because we had all just watched the movie in threaters, and on the way out everyone was saying it so much I did aswell. I don't actually care that much about Batman though, but at the same time think he's the best 'super hero' because he has no super powers and isn't even preventing crime, he's actually stopping worse crimes by comitting crimes. Vigilantes are awesome.
