His top hat looks like a giant turd, it's also too high on his head. The neck looks abnormally long, his shoulders are too low (not to mention those bits of the shirt that are sticking out at the shoulders, wth?), the bow-tie is wonky, and the clothes seem to be sitting very well for somebody without any flesh.

Well, if you pay attention to the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy school of art, he's perfectly anotomically correct.
