There's far better and more unsettling paintings by Goya, both among the Black Paintings (Saturn is part of that series of paintings Goya painted onto the walls of his own house late in his life, when he was completely deaf, disillusioned and completely done with humanity) and his numerous series of prints, most notably
"Los desastres de la guerra" (The disasters of war), graphic impressions of the Napoleonic wars, published only long after Goya's death,
"Los Caprichos", where he criticizes and mocks the eccentricity and foolishness of his fellow humans, and
"Los Disparates".
Did I mention Goya's my favorite painter?
Ungeheuer wins.
